  • HR providers, intra-group disclosures and access to personnel data.
  • Proportionality of workplace device, communications and CCTV monitoring.
  • Conditions for health and criminal offence data; assessment of LIA or DPIA needs.

Employee data processing must meet the GDPR and applicable national requirements. Consent is not a universal basis for processing employee data.
